Where the money leaks out
A lead is rarely lost to a competitor. It is lost to a gap.
Nobody answers
The crew is on a job, the phone rings out, and the homeowner calls the next contractor.
The web form sits
A form lands in an inbox at 6 pm and gets its first reply the next afternoon.
One attempt, then silence
No reply to the first text, and the lead is never followed up again.
Nobody knows what was lost
No record of which leads were answered, booked, or dropped — so ad spend flies blind.
Illustrative example. If five calls a week go unanswered and a typical job is worth $400, recovering one of those five is $400 a week that was already paid for in ad spend. Your own numbers will differ — LeadRescue shows you the real ones instead of guessing.
How it works
From missed call to booked job, without anyone picking up the phone.
Second 0
The lead is captured
A missed call on your line, a web-form submission, an inbound text, or an API post. One contact per phone number, with the consent basis recorded.
Seconds later
They get a real answer
An SMS that names your business, asks what they need, and carries opt-out language. Only ever in reply to someone who contacted you first.
Minutes later
The job gets qualified
Your questions, asked over text. Replies are turned into structured fields — service, address, urgency — never into instructions for the system.
Same conversation
Booking or handoff
A tracked booking link, or a handoff to your phone with everything already gathered. Bounded follow-ups if they go quiet, inside your hours only.
Every step is written to the lead's timeline, so you can see what was sent, when, and why.
What you see
One screen that answers “what happened to my leads?”
Leads in, how fast the first response went out, and how many made it through to a booking. Estimated pipeline is calculated from your own average job value and labelled as an estimate. Confirmed revenue only counts jobs your staff marked won, with the value they entered.
- Leads needing a human: handoffs, failures, anything stuck
- Full timeline per lead — calls, messages, qualification answers
- Email alerts for qualified leads and handoffs
- No invented ROI: estimates and confirmed revenue never share a number
- Median first response
- 9s
- Estimated pipeline
- $3,600 estimate
- Confirmed revenue — jobs marked won
- $2,150
Estimated pipeline uses the average job value you enter and is always labelled as an estimate. Confirmed revenue counts only jobs marked won by your staff.
Compliance and control
Built so the automation can never embarrass you.
Messaging rules are product logic, not a checkbox in the settings. Every queued job re-checks eligibility before it sends anything.
Inbound-triggered only
Every conversation starts with a call, form or text from the lead. No cold outreach, no purchased lists, no bulk marketing blasts — by design, not by policy.
STOP stops everything
STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL and the rest suppress the contact immediately and permanently, cancel pending jobs, and mark the lead opted out. Only an explicit START re-subscribes.
Quiet hours and caps
Follow-ups only run inside the hours you set (08:00–21:00 local by default), with a limited number of attempts, a daily message cap and a pause switch you control.
AI never writes to your leads
Every text a lead gets comes from your templates, your qualification questions or a message your team typed. The AI only reads replies into fields and a summary for your team; it never composes an outgoing message.
Your text is data, not orders
The workflow is decided by a state machine you can audit. AI reads replies into structured fields; it never decides who gets messaged or what a job costs.
One tenant, one wall
Every record belongs to your organization and is isolated at the database level. Logs carry event types and masked numbers, not message bodies.
Plans
We set it up. You pay monthly once it's live.
The one-time setup fee covers configuring your questions, wording and booking link, your local texting number, and registering your business with US carriers (A2P 10DLC), including the carrier fees. The monthly plan starts when your texts go live, not before. The setup fee is fully refundable until your business's A2P 10DLC registration is submitted; after that it is non-refundable. The monthly plan has no commitment: cancel any time.

Straight answers
The questions owners ask first.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward unanswered calls to the number provisioned for your account. LeadRescue picks up the ones that would otherwise ring out.
Is this a CRM?
No. LeadRescue covers the gap between an inbound lead and a booked job: respond, qualify, book, attribute. It is not a pipeline tool, a dispatch board or an invoicing system.
Will it text people who never contacted us?
Never. Messaging is triggered by an inbound call, form or text from that person. Cold outreach and reactivation campaigns are not features that exist in the product.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads replies and pulls out the facts you asked for, and writes a short summary for your team. Every message it sends is a template you wrote, and every decision about what happens next is made by explicit rules.
How soon do real texts go out?
Usually one to three weeks after you pay setup. US carriers require every business that texts customers to be registered (A2P 10DLC); we submit the registration for your business as soon as we have your business details, and carriers review it on their own schedule, which nobody can speed up. Meanwhile your setup is built and tested in sandbox mode, and your monthly plan doesn't start until texts are live.
What do you need from me?
Your business's legal name, EIN and address (carriers require them for the registration), your hours, your booking link, the phone number you want covered, and who should get the alerts. Your website needs a privacy policy and terms page; if it doesn't have them, we tell you what to add.
Can I get my money back?
The setup fee is fully refundable until your business's A2P 10DLC registration is submitted; after that it is non-refundable. The monthly plan has no commitment: cancel any time. It starts only once your texts are live.
Does the AI call people?
No. LeadRescue works by text only. It never places calls and never answers your phone; it texts back the calls you missed.
What about calendars and my CRM?
Not in the first release. LeadRescue sends leads to the booking link you already use. Calendar and CRM connectors are on the roadmap — not available today.
